MAINTENANCE
All pellet appliances require frequent cleaning and maintenance in order for them to operate in an efficient and safe manner. Click on the following link and then click on your stove model in the maintenance section.
Cleaning of Your Harman Pellet Appliance
Your owners manual will also contain cleaning information. Before calling R &D Cross for service, please make sure your appliance is clean or we will charge you to clean it when we come out for service. Removing ash from your stove and venting will correct a number of problems that may be causing your stove to not operate properly. If your unit and venting is clean and your appliance will still not operate, please feel free to call us for service at 301-627-4411.

Our installation and service department is NFI Certified and is licensed for gas, pellet and wood installations and repairs. We service the Washington Metropolitan area and Southern Maryland. All manufacturers suggest annual maintenance of your hearth product to keep the unit running efficiently. We offer annual maintenance as well as early buys for wood pellets. Financing is available through GE Money.
